Important:

– Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi is the largest airport in the North of the country. It is 35 km from the City Centre, and the travel time to or from the City Centre is approximately 45 minutes (1 hour at peak times). There have been many difficulties for travelers who call taxis’ for transferring from Noi Bai Airport to Hanoi. Guests are sometimes charged too highly, or taken to wrong hotels or destinations.

– When you arrive at Noi Bai International Airport, you’ll see your name on our staffs’ hand signboard. Our drivers will wait for their passengers at the “Arrivals area", where other drivers are also waiting with name boards. If you arrive at Noi Bai Airport and do not see your name on a board, you or our driver may be waiting in the wrong lobby. There are two Arrival lobbies, A1 and A2, and if you cannot find the driver please go to the “ Information Desk ” and ring us on (+84)918038229 or use your WhatsApp / Viber / Facetime / SMS or iMessage to this number: 0084918038229 then I will respond to you soonest.

– You can pay by Credit card or via bank transfer online.  

– The Bank will charge (03% of Total) if you prefer to pay by the credit card and our Vietcombank’s machine only get in Vietnam Dong so we need to convert to (VND) Dong by the rate of Vietcombank at the payment time.

– The prices on the list above are for per car, and not for per person, and the quoted price is fully inclusive but not included the 10%  government tax, please.

– You are not obligated to tip the driver unless you wanted to reward them for their good services.
